1. Eligibility:

  • The giveaway is open only to customers of Papillex Inc. who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Entrants must be legal residents of the United States or Canada.
  • Employees of Papillex Inc., their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Entery Period:

  • The giveaway begins on August 28th, 2024 and ends at 12:00 PM EST on September 19th, 2024.
  • Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
  • To enter the giveaway, fill out your email at the top of this page.
  • Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Prize
  • One 10 winners will receive a bottle of Cellenial, AXIA Longevity Inc.’s next-generation NAD+ supplement.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The winner will be notified via email on or around September 20th.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours (by August 23th, 2024), a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity:

  • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions:
  • Papillex Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Papillex Inc.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

9. Disputes:
  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Any disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Superior Court of Justice in Ontario.

10. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Papillex Inc.’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
